The ASPCR is one of the key dermatological organisations dedicated to pigment cell research and practice

Pigmentary disorders form a large clinical burden in Asia; and many of these conditions are poorly described or elucidated in the standard textbooks.

The need to have an organised platform to present and discuss Asian pigmentary problems and to promote pigment cell research in this Continent were the key drivers for the formation of ASPCR.
